Consultancy does not have to be an elongated process, a comprehensive snapshot of a business can provide all the information necessary to create lasting success. But to build this snapshot you need honest feedback based on reliable data that addresses each part of a business, this is the foundational principle that underpins TRC Consultancy. No unnecessarily convoluted process, no drawn out, costly relationship, just a truthful assessment of your business as it is and how it could be.

The Steps

We combine the answers to our unique set of questions and discussions with your board of directors to create a report that outlines the strengths and weaknesses of each element of your business, from top to bottom.

An Initial Set Of Questions

Our 121 preliminary questions cover every aspect of your business, providing a solid foundation upon which we can build a meaningful discussion. The conversation with the board will be structured around the answers to these questions, allowing each member of your team to bring developed thoughts to the meeting.

First Discussion

The first of two conversations, this meeting allows questions to be considered, departmental conflicts can be addressed and a dialog can be opened with the goal of consolidating each section of the business.

Research & The Report

From a combination of the first two steps paired with industry insight and research, a report will be created. Similar to the first step in the process, the report is a starting point from which a further discussion with the board can be had.

Feedback & Presentation

The conclusion to our process is the final meeting with your board, where we will present our findings to you in an open dialog. Questions, challenges and ideas are encouraged and the report can be edited and used as a record or benchmark for the future.

The report can take up to 3 weeks to complete, there are 2 meetings with the board that will take roughly a day each.

We aim to be flexible around your needs, we focus on a 'snapshot' method of consultancy but we can support you throughout and beyond the process to meet any requirements where necessary. Please contact for more information.

Where will this take place?
The meetings with board members are most effective when done face to face, we will come to your offices/business location to carry out the discussions.
